Allow for your students to take part in polls in a split second.  Using the site Poll Everywhere, students can respond to questions in real time using texts, twitter, or web browsers.  This is an amazing tool for schools that have implemented BYOD (bring your own device), and it allows for on the spot assessment or gathering of information.

Using the website, Wordle, you and your students can create custom word clouds to represent a variety of different topics.  This is a great way to show a visual image of vocabulary, key words, and more.  Check out an example here and try it out to make your own word clouds!
